Vinifica is the first integrated winemaking system in the world. The computerized control allows you to keep an eye on all the parameters of the winemaking process:
- reassembly cycles (classic, roasting and punching down)
- pauses between the working cycles
- temperature control
- definition of oxygen dosage
- real-time measurement of must density
The integrated Vinifica system allows you to adjust the intensity of extraction of the color and aromatic components of the wine, avoiding the risk of fermentation stops or too rapid fermentations. Thanks to the computer system you can keep the whole situation under control even from home, without having to go to the wine cellar.
